Well, we had very high expectations, and the food did meet them, but we occupied two tables and the second table took, I think, more than 1 hour, the service was very slow and we couldn’t all eat at the same time.

This place is phenomenal!!!! The service here was one of the best I have ever received. My waiter OMAR provided everything we asked for and made both my wife and I experience one for the books!! Apart from the sushi on the rotating belt we also ordered a banana roll and mar tierra roll. I would honestly say that the rolls were a 8/10. The only suggestion I would make is that they offer a few more options of desserts! Also on a side note the cleanliness was that of a 5 star hotel.

Amazing service! Including valet parking, their robot «kitty» showing you to your table and being welcomed and greeted by your server with a smile and great attitude. Food is excellent, received miso soup as a starter! As for the sushi, great variety, tasty and fresh. They also give multiple dipping sauce: soy sauce, chipotle and avocado sauce, my fav. Buffet style with all you can eat, with exception to drinks and dessert. Overall, I highly recommend coming here, will be looking forward to my next visit at Kura Cuisine.

Not worth the money it cost 450 pesos per person. So 30 dollars. They don’t have sashimi nor nigiri. It’s a scam they literally put nothing but rolls on the plate and each roll is filled with thick layers of rice. Honestly, I rather them charge more money for some better food then give us garbage and make us pay 30 bucks for rice…. Stay away

Not the best experience in sushi, I will prefer to order a dish in a sushi restaurant rather to be there, the price for the drinks are expensive if we compare with other restaurants.Came for the experience but if you can avoid this restaurant you will not miss anything.Main reason for star is because this is a JAPANESE restaurant I was expecting better quality food.

Nos atendió Mary. Excelente servicio, explicación detallada del servicio en el restaurante. Comida muy rica y variada al igual que las bebidas. El único inconveniente es que no cuentan con sillas para bebé (por el momento).

El lugar es muy ameno, comida rica, los baños excelentes, hace falta un espacio dedicado a la basura porque se acumula mucho, servilletas, basura de popotes, palillos, etc., y las meseras no siempre se lo llevan.Nuestra mesera, Esmeralda, no se presentó. Tuvimos que pedirle 2 veces las cosas porque se le olvidaba traernos. Puede mejorar.Hay comida caliente que NO aparece en el menú (los QR que tienen en cada mesa) y cuando uno ya se llenó te mandan al gerente presentándote platillos nuevos (en nuestro caso fue curry).Hay detalles que mejorar.

Estuvo padre y la comida muy buena, el servicio al cliente súper bien y más la mesera que nos tocó, fue muy linda su nombre es Mary, respecto al ambiente pienso que podrían poner mejor música pero igual estaba bien el sonido.Este restaurante es solo para personas que si les gusta el sushi natural y original, definitivamente volvería a ir 🙌🏽
